Our Virtual Sangha – Classes – on Zoom

Come and join the practice across the zoom universe, connect from anywhere in the world in your own home. Creating connection in this time of social distance, join our online sangha for weekly classes. Whilst we have to create a social distance we can also create a community of friendship and positivity with our conscious connections – come and join me for an online class offering – open to all – payment by contribution if you have the pennies. Come and flow in this amazing studio, this glass walled studio let’s in natural light, is surrounded with green trees and views of the sunrise over fields and farmlands.

Yoga with the amazing backdrop of sunset skies, the setting could not be more picturesque. This class is an ideal way to end the day, slow flow moves into restorative poses, finishing with meditation and breathwork.

Open to all levels, beginners yoga invites you to come back to beginners mind, to come to the mat filled with the starry eyed joy of a child, filled with wonder and no inner criticism. A focus on options for all levels and abilities with a reminder to be centered and just enjoy the practice with a sweet smile!

Mat pilates focused class, my focus is building a strong foundational awareness in the body, using the breath to help you go deeper and create a mind body connection within you practise.

Yin Yang Yoga & Hot Flow – Studio 1 – £10 drop in

Thursday Evenings

6:15-7:15pm – Yin Yang Yoga

This class encompasses both flowing vinyassa and slow restorative yin poses. A great way to unwind from your day and release tensions in the body. Open to all levels and abilities.

7:30-8:30pm – Hot Flow

Build strength and focus in this flowing vinyassa, hatha inspired class. Open to all levels and abilities.

Friday Evenings

6:00-7:15pm – Chilled Flow

Finish you week on Friday evening with a chilled flow, using yoga asana to connect deeper with the body, cultivating a mind-body connection and awareness of the self. This class brings together a yoga flow with a restorative focus, finishing with relaxation and pranayama.

Open to all levels and abilities
